5 Years and Counting!

The five year anniversary of this home business website has come and gone. I started my online business with this site - http://www.work-at-home-jobs-iowa.com - on October 14, 2003 so it's five years old this month.

I started this free home business tips blog about 9 months later in July 2004, and it has been going strong ever since.

There have been many additions and changes to the website & blog over the years but I have always tried to give useful and relevant information to help my visitors make money online. I've spent a lot of time and effort growing this site into one of the top resources for home based business / work at home information.

There are over 1000 pages of this site indexed on Google and probably another 500 or so that for some reason aren't showing up. It also ranks highly on Google for almost all of the most competitive keyword phrases related to Home Based Business, Work at Home, and Make Money Online.

It has been a long and very enjoyable road so far and it definitely doesn't seem like it has already been five years. I've made a lot of online friends over the years and can't even tell you how much I have learned about online business during this five year stretch. It has been a lot of fun! I can't wait to see what happens in the next five years! I'm sure the time will fly right by and I will be making my 10 year anniversary post before I know it.

Hopefully you have learned a lot about running your own home business, working at home, and making money online from this website. I will continue to teach everything I know about these topics for many years to come!
