It's a sad day for me but an enormous opportunity for you...

I am parting ways with this website after almost 6 years of it being my pride and joy. It was the first real website I ever started and has been very good to me over years. I learned most of what I know about home business, internet marketing, making money online, and SEO from building and marketing this very site. It has also made me a lot of money and put me in contact with many people whom I now call friends.

The decision to sell was not one that I took lightly. I've lost a lot of sleep recently while lying in bed at night trying to decide if I could possibly part with it. I came close to tears a few times too. In the end I really had no choice. The reasons are personal so I won't get into details, but selling it is about the only option I have right now.

I've done a lot of research to come up with a dollar value for this site. There are a lot of different ways to value a site so I ended up using what the majority of people I consider experts said to use. I am confident I have set a more than fair price for it, without inflating it out of emotion. It's actually priced quite a bit lower than what I found it to be worth based on my research.

As you can obviously see, the niches it covers are Home Business, Work at Home, Make Money Online, and related niches. These are very competitive and there's a lot of money to be made in them. It's already one of the top sites in these niches but there's virtually unlimited room for growth. Anyone who wants to take this site to the next level stands to make a ton of money without a lot of extra work since it's already so well established.

Anyway, I don't know what else to say and I am getting choked up just thinking about letting this baby go, so I guess I will end here.
