There are certain components that serve as essential building blocks needed in creating a successful highly rated home based business. If any component is missing the business will surely fail to reach its full potential. In developing and honing my own business, I consider the following 6 components to be vital to its success. These are things that keep my business firing on all cylinders. 1. Unique Product. You need to offer a product that stands out. Try to offer a product that is different from all the others. Make sure it's a product that consumers want and need. It must be of considerable value to the customer. 2. Money. If you think it doesn't take money to run a highly rated home based business, think again. It's going to take some money to make some money and if anyone tells you it won't, they're blowing smoke. Do your research to get a handle and costs, and then budget wisely. 3. Advertising & Marketing Plan. Don't just throw a bunch of stuff against the wall and hope some of it sticks. Have a plan. Zero-in on specific advertising and marketing mediums and learn them. Get good at it. You can have the world's greatest product, but if the right people don't hear about it you'll be shooting blanks. 4. Streamlined System. Have systems that will keep your business turn-key in every since of the word. You want people that come into your opportunity to be able to hit the ground running. If there are systems in place that they can quickly and easily plug into, chances are they'll have a better chance of experiencing success. You'll grow your organization faster and more efficiently and you'll have more residual income coming into your pocket. 5. Training and Support. This is important! The biggest complaint in the industry is lack of support and training. Leaders lead the way, and a highly rated home based business must have leaders that are there to train and support the team and lead them through the mine fields that are always present when you're just getting started. If there's no training and support there's no leadership. Without it, you set yourself up for failure. 6. Desire. If you don't have the desire and can't muster the will to win, you loose. It's really that simple. Be ready to devote time and effort. Be ready to accept responsibility for your own success. Be ready to break through barriers. This is a business. It's not a free pass. Your desire will go a long way in determining your success in establishing a highly rated home based business. A home based business can be an absolute joy and it can help to provide you with a wonderful lifestyle.
